The Pilchard Inn is looking for a Chef de Partie to assist the Executive Chef in the delivery of the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.
As Chef de Partie, you’ll have a genuine passion for food as you’ll be working as part of a team in the preparation, cooking and garnishing of meals.
You’ll be able to give feedback and recommendations to the Executive Chef to continuously improve the menu, assist in monthly stocktakes, place food orders and check the quantity and quality received.
You will also be responsible for the food safety of the outlet, as well as ensuring that all legal requirements are followed.
