The divine food and drink on our a la carte menus is sourced as locally as possible, with fish and meat bought from local fisherman and butchers, fruit and vegetables from local farmers and fresh cheeses delivered daily to the island.

Black tie and evening dress are absolutely de rigour for all guests in the Grand Ballroom. Don your finest attire, surrounded by original Art Deco murals and furnishings, and be transported back to the delightfully decadent splendour of the 1930s.
You simply cannot overdress for the Grand Ballroom, and after dinner you may even be enticed onto the dancefloor by the infectious sound of live jazz. Dinner service is accompanied by a live band on a Monday, Wednesday and Saturday and a pianist on the days around this

We only had a one night stay but it was heaven. We made the most of it and dined is the ballroom. The staff were so welcoming and attentive and it all felt very genuine. Everyone said ‘you’ll be back’ and I suspect they’re right.
