Unique place to get married in Devon
During your stay you’ll have exclusive use of our island giving you and your guests the freedom to roam our grounds, use our many facilities and utilise our range of activities as you please. When the time comes to say “I do” you’ll be surrounded by glistening sands and sparkling ocean, the perfect backdrop for those all important wedding shots, but it doesn’t stop there! After the day’s events you and your guests can retire to one of our 25 eccentric rooms. Each one of our rooms is dedicated to a celebrity who were regular guests on our island and are uniquely decorated with their own brilliant personalities and characteristics.
Treat your bridesmaids to a post or pre-wedding pamper with our in-house spa therapist, Zorana, who will be available at all times ready to give you a hot stone massage, a pedicure, facials and heaps more.
We understand that small personal touches can make your special day all that more intimate and that’s why we love creating ‘signature cocktails’ for your guests. Our bar staff will create a bespoke tipple and recipe cards will be gifted to your guests as a special keepsake.

Wedding packages for your special day
The cost of hosting your wedding on our wonderful island with exclusive use differs depending on your day’s desires. Between Sundays and Thursdays weddings start from £20,000 and from Friday to Saturday from £46,000. Friday and Saturday night bookings have a 2 night minimum hire requirement and we offer one night bookings on every other night (except bank holidays). A total of 50 guests can experience a delightful dinner, bed and breakfast in our hotel but we have extra space in our Grand Ballroom for an additional 15 non-resident guests at £75 per head.
Our fantastic and experienced team will assist you with advance planning, menu tasting, supervision and advice on your music and entertainment plans (we love recommending Murder Mystery players and London-based carabet, including Noel Coward), parking arrangements, transport across the beach and priority check in for the happy couple and their parents.

Conveniently located in Devon
Finding our island is always easy and don’t worry, you don’t need a boat to get to us, (but potentially a sea tractor!) If you wish to visit us by train, our closest stations are Totnes, Ivybridge and Plymouth. If you’re searching for a reliable taxi company please contact our reception as they will be happy to arrange this for you. We do have a preferred and dependable taxi company, Wembury Cars, and you can contact them on 0752 881651.
If you’re flying in to visit us, our closest airport is Exeter but if you’re looking to arrive in style please contact our hotel reception for a price quote on arriving by helicopter.
