Once you do, you and your guests will be surrounded by enchanting landscapes whilst you create life-long memories as you dance under the stars after a day filled with love and laughter.

Stunning private place to get married in Devon
Our island is without a doubt one of the most mesmerising and romantic places one can tie the knot with their true love. On your special day you’ll be encompassed by glistening blue ocean stretching far over the horizon, soft golden sand and our island’s beautiful rolling green lawns. You and up to 50 guests can enjoy exclusive use of our island including our Pilchard Inn pub and 25 wonderful art deco rooms each decorated with their own unique characteristics. Here you can look forward to indulging in glorious plates when breakfast, lunch and dinner rolls around. For those who cannot stay the night, instead of missing out on the fun, we have space in our ballroom for an additional 15 guests at £75 per head and if you’re looking to unwind before or after your big day, our spa therapist will be ready at your service to provide you with a package of heavenly massages, facials, pedicures and manicures.
We understand that sometimes a little bit of personalisation on your wedding day can go a long way and that’s why we love introducing our ‘signature cocktail’ concept to our wedding parties. Our bar staff will create a personalised tipple with recipe cards given to your guests as a keepsake – all you have to do is generate a creative name for your signature refreshment!

Wedding packages for your special day
The cost of exclusively hiring our island for your special day depends on the date you plan to stay with us. From Sunday to Thursday you’ll find prices from £23,000 and from Friday to Saturday from £48,000. Friday and Saturday bookings have a two night minimum hire requirement, although, we can offer one-night bookings on every other night of the week (except bank holidays), subject to availability.
Our fantastic and dedicated team will work with you on advance planning, menu tasting, supervision and offer advice on your music and entertainment (with recommendations), parking arrangements on the island, transport across the beach and priority check in for the happy couple and their parents.

If you and your wedding party are hoping to visit us by train, our closest stations are Totnes, Ivybridge and Plymouth. If you’re in need of a reliable taxi to collect you from the train station, please contact our reception and they will be more than happy to arrange this for you. We do have a preferred and trustworthy taxi company that we will always recommend to our guests and that is Wembury Cars and you can contact them on 0752 881651. If you’re flying in to stay with us, our closest airport is Exeter and if you’re taking it up a notch and wanting to fly in style, who are we to say no?
