Step into a New Year’s Eve like no other. While Burgh Island is famed for transporting guests back in time, this year we invite you to look forward — with an unforgettable celebration of fine dining, one-of-a-kind entertainment, and memories that last a lifetime.
Available from 30th December – 1st January, your escape begins the moment you arrive. Relax with a warm welcome in our Palm Court Bar and meet the team who will make your stay truly extraordinary. That evening, enjoy an à la carte dinner in one of our two exquisite restaurants, accompanied by live piano melodies drifting from The Grand Ballroom.
On New Year’s Eve, the festivities begin at 6:30pm with cocktails and canapés in the Palm Court Bar, where our photographer will be on hand to capture the magic. At 8pm, the Grand Ballroom comes alive with a spectacular dinner, music, dancing, and cabaret. As the clock strikes midnight, fireworks will light the sky above the island, heralding the arrival of 2026 in style.
On New Year’s Day, gather in the Palm Court Bar at 2pm for a light-hearted quiz hosted by Vladimir, perfectly paired with a decadent afternoon tea. That evening, the celebrations continue with a candlelit buffet in the Grand Ballroom from 6:30pm, accompanied by live music from our in-house band — the perfect finale to your Burgh Island escape.
