Our waiting staff work closely with our kitchen and bar teams to deliver our delicious seasonal food and drink menus using fresh produce grown sourced from our local suppliers.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests, taking orders for food and beverages and entering them accurately using EPOS systems, collecting payment and cleaning and preparing the restaurants and bars, ensuring quality and standards are adhered to.
You’ll also explain to guests how various menu items are prepared, describing ingredients, allergens and cooking methods.
