A unique opportunity has arisen to join the team at the iconic Burgh Island Hotel as Chef de Partie.
Quality and creativity are second to none at Burgh Island and we want to wow all of our guests, particularly after the re-launch of the hotel and the revision of our food offering.
As Chef de Partie, you’ll have a genuine passion for food as you’ll be working as part of a team in the preparation, cooking and garnishing of meals to the highest standards of quality, safety and consistency.
You’ll ensure that recipes are followed to ensure cross-contamination risks are kept to a minimum, assist in monthly stocktakes, place food orders and check the quantity and quality received.
Our new Chef de Partie will also follow food hygiene and health & safety standards and work with head chef to ensure departmental compliance with all relevant regulations.
