Our tariff is the same throughout the year, throughout the week and changes on 1st April in each year. Our rates are quoted per room per night and include breakfast, dinner and vat. We ask that any Saturday night booking also includes a Friday or Sunday night stay as well. On all other days we accept one night bookings although there may be some restrictions on availability for single Friday or

Sunday night stays and at
Bank Holidays. A 33% deposit
is payable on booking, which
is not refundable in the event
of cancellation unless we are
able to re-sell your accommodation when the deposit will be returned to you. In the event of any cancellation within one week of your arrival date,
we will require the full amount of the tariff to be paid, unless we

successfully re-sell your room.

Both the Hotel and The Pilchard are no smoking areas and have been so since 2005. This includes all bedrooms.
