Our tariff is the same throughout the year and changes on 1st April. Room rates are quoted per room per night and include breakfast, dinner, parking in our mainland car park, transfers to and from the Island and vat. Any Saturday night needs to be a two night booking (and there are some restrictions on bank holidays). We take a 33% deposit on booking, which is not refundable in the event of cancellation unless we are able to re-let your room. In the event of cancellation within one week of arrival the full amount of the tariff will be due, unless we are able to re-let your room.
Both the Hotel and The Pilchard are non smoking areas, including all bedrooms. As the hotel is small, we limit our group bookings to a maximum of 5 rooms, to keep the house party atmosphere alive for all guests. Children of 5 and over are welcomed and we have some child divan beds which can be used in the larger suites at a child rate (under 13) of £190 per night. Children under 13 are asked to take High Tea in the Captain's Cabin and do not join the grownups in the evening!
