Our menu changes daily and is dictated by seasonal availability. Around 80% of our ingredients are sourced within a 30 mile radius (marked on our menus). Our Island polytunnel is an annual source of leaves and herbs for the kitchen and all dietary requirements are well catered for and understood.
We work closely with our South Devon suppliers and guests are encouraged to take a trip to see their food before it reaches the plate! Non-resident guests are welcome to lunch on Sundays (£62) and to our black tie dinners every evening (£75). Prices valid to 31st March 2017.
Please note that the hotel is not open to non-residents for tea, coffee or afternoon teas and we would invite you to join us for an exquisite dining experience.
