Our Food

Our menu changes daily and is dictated by seasonal availability. Around 80% of our ingredients are sourced within a 20 mile radius and this is marked on our menus. Indeed, our lobsters and scallops, landed at Beesands (10 miles) and Bigbury (0 miles) are kept snugly in our Mermaid Pool, while salad leaves and herbs are grown in the Island‘s own polytunnel.

We work closely with our South Devon suppliers and guests are encouraged to take a trip to see their food before it reaches the plate!

Non residents guests are welcome to lunch on Sundays (£48) and to our black tie dinners every evening (£60).
